30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All orders you purchase on SEALZ may be returned unused for any reason for a full refund within 30 days from the date of Purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable after shipment.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including all vacuum pumps, vacuum pouches, and insert cards. The buyer is responsible for the shipment of product back to SEALZ prior to the issuance of a refund.
WARRANTY (US & International)
Vacuum pumps come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects under normal use, including issues related to build quality, phone connection, or suction power. Please note the warranty does not cover water damage resulting from using the vacuum sealer to seal water-related items, and we advise against doing so.
US WARRANTY EXCHANGES SEALZ will ship replacement units along with a return label for the defective product, which will be used for research purposes. Upon receipt of the replacement package, users are advised to place the defective products back in the envelope that came with the replacement package. The return label should be placed over the older label, and the package should be dropped off at the local USPS office. Please note that return labels are only valid for 14 days from the date the return package is sent out. Failure to return the defective product within this timeframe may result in additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY EXCHANGES SEALZ will issue refunds for any defective items in the bundle at the retail price based on our website (excluding all shipping and handling fees). Refunds will be issued via your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.). Please note that we do not cover any shipping or handling fees associated with the warranty exchange.
Once you receive the return confirmation from SEALZ Support, you will be provided with the return address. You must then return the item to the specified address and send the tracking slip number to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc). If you are returning an item, a full refund will be credited for the product. However, for defective items, the refund amount will be based on the retail price listed on our website (excludes all shipping and handling fees).
*For late or missing refunds (if applicable) please contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Additionally, please contact your bank as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERSIf you happen to order the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com to cancel or change your order. You may cancel or change your order for free before it is shipped. However, in order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once the package leaves the warehouse, it cannot be canceled or amended.
